ILM are the Institute of Leadership & Management (formerly NEBS Management) and have over half a century of experience in management development and recognition of achievement through accreditation and membership.

The Introductory Certificate in Management is a short flexible programme encompassing a minimum of 34 hours training which provides an introduction to the wide range of responsibilities of the first line manager. This course is particularly suitable for people who are likely to become supervisors and managers or those who are already in post but have received little or no formal training.

If time is a factor, the flexible nature of the programme allows trainee to learn at a time convenient to their employer and courses can take a little time as one or two week to a maximum period of one year to complete. The final award can been credited against an ILM Certificate in Management which you may decide to move onto at a later date.
