The courses introduce the key concepts of planning, organising, motivating, controlling and communicating. Training sessions are learner centred and participative to enable the trainees to "experience" the topic, which greatly assists them to actually apply the new skill on their return to the workplace, with training methods appropriate to the learning outcomes, including the techniques of Group Discussion, Syndicate Exercises, Individual and Group Tasks, Role-play, Interactive Lessons and Simulations. Additional one to one "hands-on" implementation support can also be provided by ourselves if required. The training topics are tailored for the individual company and are designed to empower the trainee with skills in the Management of, Human Resources, Information, Financial Resources, Products and Processes.
