- Internal Quality Audit support by IMS (Scotland) Ltd qualified staff.
- Within the annual support period, your company's Quality Management System will be monitored and audited up to a maximum of three occasions to ensure compliance with BS EN ISO 9001/2 : 1994 / BS EN ISO 9001 : 2000.
- Your Quality Manual and Procedures will be reviewed annually to ensure conformance to the International Quality Standard.
- IMS (Scotland) Ltd staff will attend your Management Review Meetings, offering full support and guidance.
- IMS (Scotland) Ltd staff will assume the responsibility of your Annual Surveillance Visit, allowing your staff to transact their normal business.
